Service Level Defined
On-Site Support Provide technicians and consultants to support systems installations and applications testing. Person must be available for on-site response if necessary to ensure full operation at the start of the following workday.
Project Manager Significan Project Management skills and experience. Ability to manage complete team of Job Skills associated with the project. Able to manage to project timeframes and milestone goals.
Network Server Engineer Must be highly knowledgeable in all aspects of Network Services who can engineer and design efficient and compatible networks. Knowledgeable in multiple devices and applications used by the State of Delaware.
Business Analyst Ability to collect feedback from contract users, analyze network services needs, and define functional and technical specifications of work to be performed by other job skills.
Network Application Systems Analyst Highly knowledgeable in network applications. Knowledgeable in multiple applications used by the State. Able to analyze and select appropriate applications to meet requirements. Knowledge of installation, troubleshooting and system integration.
Network Consultant Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of network services. Can effectively consult the State on various network services topics. Knowledgeable in multiple devices and applications used by the State.

Remote Telephone Support Options If needed, Dorset Connects can offer two levels of remote, telephone-based support services to State of Delaware agencies. 5 days a week @ 10 hrs/day 7 days a week @ 24 hrs/day
