Dorset Connects provides complete services for networks and telephone systems, specializing in Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server families, Unix/Linux, Banyan Vines legacy systems, TCP/IP, Citrix terminal services, VPN, and Vertical's TeleVantage telephone system.

We work closely with application vendors and are experienced in many specialized applications such as Sage’s Timberline, Primavera’s Expedition, FACS, Great Plains, Solomon, QuickBooks, Coastal, Real World, Time Matters, Select Time, Mechanical Estimator, and Veritas Backup Exec as well as the standard Microsoft Office application suite.

Dorset Connects: A Professional Experience


Dorset has experience working with large organizations that are geographically dispersed
and which make use of varied technologies. While we tailor our offering to meet each

In addition to working with other complex organizations, Dorset has experience working
for the State. Dorset supported the State’s Banyan network and was involved in all
phases of the State’s Windows 2000 planning and implementation. Dorset developed and
utilized custom migration software to assist OIS in the overall budgeting for the
migration project.

Must have related Associates Degree or equivalent certifications, or a minimum of one (1) year of job skill experience
Level 2
Must have related Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent certificatioins, or a minimum of three (3) years of job skill experience

On-Site Support

Provide technicians and consultants to support systems installations and applications testing. Person must be available for on-site response if necessary to ensure full operation at the start of the following workday.
